An optional annual pass for Tillson Woods tenants
Every Tillson Woods tenant may choose to purchase an annual community-center pass for a nominal additional cost and enjoy the benefits covered by the current pass offering.
The pass is optional and separate from rent. Final pricing, enrollment, eligibility, covered facilities, seasonal access, and any program-specific charges are confirmed through Tillson Woods leasing and the Town of Rosendale.

The Town describes the Route 32 grounds as a public recreation campus. Facilities and operating schedules can change by season, weather, maintenance, and Town programming.
Seasonal community pool
A zero-entry recreation section and a deeper lap-swimming area, plus a bathhouse and concession stand during the operating season.
Tennis and pickleball
Outdoor courts support casual play and a convenient way to stay active close to home.
Outdoor Fitness Court
A public outdoor workout space for bodyweight and circuit-style exercise in the recreation complex.
Basketball court
An outdoor court for pickup games, individual practice, and active afternoons.
Playground and open space
A family-friendly playground and outdoor recreation grounds beside the community facilities.
Lasher Field
A lighted baseball and softball field that supports local recreation and community use.
Pavilion and picnic area
A covered pavilion beside the pool and playground with picnic tables and reservable gathering space.
